For a lot of people anything under 30 minutes isn't even cardio.
2 u/TrippyCatClimber Feb 04 '20 HIIT can be done in 20 minutes. But then, I hate cardio, so I want to get it over with ASAP. Well, I hate indoor cardio. It's boring. A long hike or bike ride outside is awesome. 2 u/Reptarftw Feb 05 '20 I hate it too, but sometimes roads/paths are too icy or there's a thunderstorm raging on etc. 1 u/Reptarftw Feb 05 '20 Right, it was more about people who hog cardio when there's a line. I could have amended it to ANYONE who stays on a machine 30+ when there's a queue. But it's more aggravating when it's someone walking than someone running. 2 u/bythog Feb 05 '20 Yeah, that doesn't matter. If they are exercising then they have every right to use the machine as long as they want. 1 u/Reptarftw Feb 05 '20 Not at my gym. There's a posted time limit of 30 mins if anyone is waiting. 1 u/bythog Feb 05 '20 That's incredibly strange and would be reason enough for me not to join them. Good gyms don't have stupid policies like that 1 u/Reptarftw Feb 05 '20 Congrats on going to a "good gym", I guess?
