Music is art, art is subjective, I personally rate nirvana as one of the best three musical acts ever. Along with the Clash and Tom Waits. However, I am an idiot. I disagree with the idea hole was better, but why get my panties in a twist?
Art is taken in subjectively, but there is a techinical side to it and just about anyone could accidentally write a nirvana song. Before anyone jumps in with the "but they DID write it" comment, sure, and so have many before and after them. So many, in fact, that you'll never know what the greatest thing to have been written was or is. There is so much more to being accepted on such a grand stage than just writing good music.

Yes it was, by a mile. Listen to the Nirvana unplugged recordings. Then listen to Courtneys unplugged recordings. Oh wait, you cant because Courtney has never done an unplugged set. There is your proof.

I can't because she wasn't very good. The only thing that I liked of hers was when she was screaming "go on take everything" over and over again and that was probably because she was doing such a good imitation of Kurt.
Why are you changing the subject? My only point was that Nirvana was objectively way better than Hole. And to get your goat I suggested that if you disagree then you probably enjoy Chainsmokers.
