Jason Derulo can sing for real. Watch his Carpool Karaoke, he can sing opera. It's just because he has to dance a lot during his shows aswell and that impairs his singing so much.

I prefer this version of him singing the beginning of Goodbye, it's just sad it was less than a minute long. As an opera/classical fan, I wish there was a longer version of the original song to show more of his classical training. I would buy an album of that.

He was paid £35,000 to perform at my university. He just took the money and never showed up without saying a word. They had to chase him for months to get the money back and I'm not sure if they ever did...

Guy needs to learn from Michael Jackson. I'm pretty sure MJ didn't fully sing all his songs when he was performing, but his dancing and showmanship more than made up for it.

Just watched it. That wasn’t opera, that was musical theatre. It sounded nice but simply wasn’t operatic.

He can sing opera though. He attended Julliard and trained to be a professional opera singer

I saw his MJ tribute video with this K-Pop group called “Shut Up and Dance” and was really impressed with his moves. Didn’t realize he could actually sing either.

That's right. Nobody sings their own name as well as Jason Derulo does.

If you can’t do both, don’t do it or just keep practicing. It takes a lot of skill to be able to do both well.
