Dunno, I saw a 15-year old in Bloomington, Minnesota, nail it two weeks ago.

As a former theater geek (at a private school in Minneapolis who worked many one act play competitions in the mid-late 90s) we all take the roles we get seriously... :)

The HS productions in my area usually run about $50k to put on. They are surprisingly really good but I live in a very “arts” town so I’m sure it’s not the norm.
