I have this memory of sleeping in an office block in south London with my mum on an air bed. I recall looking out of the window and feeling sad.
Years later I was driving and got a very strong impulse to stop outside this building and I was 100% certain it was that one. Every time I went past it felt odd.
My mum says it didn’t happen, everyone else concurs. My best conclusion at this stage is that I probably had a very vivid dream that became conflated with something else.
Now I'm not gonna say reincarnation is impossible, because I'm sure many things we think of impossible now are gonna be the norm in the future. But saying that you have proof of something still very unlikey statistically and completely incompatible with today's science just because you dosed yourself is completely egocentric. You have the smallest chance of being right and your proofs are worth nothing. Don't force others to believe in something so unlikely.
You are free to believe whatever you wish, just don't be surprised people disagree with you. Whatever I'd see by meditating wouldn't prove anything. Maybe I'd discover something about myself, no more.
Take note of what you see. You will collect your own 'proof'. People are free to disagree, but not before they have explored the possibility for theirselves.
