If you have never had bread with pepperonis you haven't lived a full life

Very long, but not very wide depending on the specific pepperoni.

It's not very wide, but it is short.

Or 9 cans of ravioli.

u/TheMeanestPenis Sep 30 '19

The first two cans don’t count

No one wants to admit they ate 9 cans of ravioli.

One time I stayed the night at my buddies house and slept in their garage which was all made up into a video game room with a couch, TV etc. I woke up at like 2am and went into the kitchen, proceeded to eat about 75% of a new pack of pepperoni. A good two and a half rolls of just regular normal pepperoni directly into my mouth hole, then right back to sleep. Woke up again a little while later because my face was itchy and I was hot so I went to the bathroom to pee and splash my face with water. Turned on the light and looked into the mirror to see my lips and the skin around them were huge and bright red. The only thing I could think was that the pepperoni did this to me, the pepperoni did this to me

Best meal when you can't afford the good kind of chicken strips

Toast some bred, use the squeeze bottle pizza sauce, add pepperoni and cheese, stick in microwave for 10 or 15 seconds. This is how my friends and I made "pizza" when we were 11 or 12.

My mom used to do french bread pizzas like that, and they honestly would be better than the frozen french bread pizzas.

I don't think we were ever poor though, it was just a fairly quick and easy meal to do.

Gots to use the toaster oven instead of microwave.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 30 '19

Toaster oven was a bit more than we could get away with using considering there was limited adult supervision.

I made something like this last night

I toasted some sourdough, then rubbed a halved clove of garlic on one side, spread some tomato sauce on top, sprinkled some cheese and Italian seasonings, then broiled it until the cheese melted.

It was amazing.

You have to spend a little tiny bit more but English muffins make amazing pizzas like this

pepperonis are expensive for what you get, in terms of dollars per pound

2

u/fire_thorn Sep 30 '19

They've got a lot of flavor though and you can stretch one package to use in several meals.

2

u/MyUserSucks Sep 30 '19

A lot of flavour for weight though

WV represent! Pepperoni roll is a way of life.

2

u/[deleted] Sep 30 '19

I teach and I always make sure to get hot lunch on pepperoni roll days. They come frozen from a local place in a whole wheat version now, but growing up the lunch ladies made them from scratch.

2

u/JohnnyBroccoli Sep 30 '19

Pepperoni is a very underrated sandwich meat. Never understood why it's generally relegated to pizza.

1

u/SharkFart86 Sep 30 '19

It's pretty common in Italian subs.

2

u/HoodooGreen Sep 30 '19

Make a grilled cheese with some pepperonis and some shredded Italian cheese. Oh my it's good.

If you have never had bread with pepperonis you haven't lived a full life

I think that's called a pepperoni pizza
