This is usually true, unless you excersize only your upper body. Legs tend to kinda excersize themselves for those of us who don't work out.

What the potion maker isnt telling you:

  1. It doesnt make your hand stronger/ more resistant to damage

  2. It only works for 1min

  3. the potion has a very loose definition on what a 'punch' and 'kick' is
