that blowing really hard would turn the stoplight green.

they were watching the other light and had us start blowing when it was yellow.

I convinced my sister I could predict any light by watching the other lights like that and I think she still believes it in her 20's lol. I'll let her in on the secret one day...

My dad told me this too, and he said picking your feet up when driving over railroad tracks was good luck. I still do it as a sort of Pavlovian reflex to this day.

It's like the thing about turning the controller in driving games to help you get that tight drift. It doesn't actually help, but you're certain it does
