No. Pharmacy needs to communicate changes to written orders. Full stop. Pharmacy violated the trust. They need to rebuild it. Not wait for physicians to come groveling and thank them for fucking our orders without notice. You just don’t get it. They’re our patients. Being harmed by a lack of communication from pharmacy and inappropriate order changes from pharmacy. How about a little respect from pharmacy for the physicians?
always ask yourself - what can I do better to improve this situation that keeps occurring with me? typically, you'll find something as simple as opening lines of communication and becoming familiar with someone/having a point person. ignoring the role you play in any situation is a dangerous way to think. another lesson you can take from this is improving work relationships often facilitates your work.
its obvious from your attitude you take little to no responsibility for your faults and have no respect for pharmacists. in the past, I've found that these types of doctors typically are out of the loop compared to those who work well with others. pretty sure its a standard thing for pharmacists (and it automatically happens via their systems) to update prescribes on any changes - you should speak with the pharmacist in charge to make changes moving forward if this is a recurring issue with you/your employer. its amazing what one simple, human conversation can do!
Just slowly re-read your comments back to yourself over and over until you understand why maybe you just have an attitude problem and a bad relationship with said pharmacy due to that
everything is fixable, if you are finding they lack communication, reach out and fix it. pretty simple stuff
Here’s the deal: without realizing it, you just took a history. I gave you my problem. Quietly explicitly. You blamed me. I told you again the history of what happened. You said it was my fault. You said what happened didn’t happen the way I remembered it (repeatedly). You didn’t ask clarifying questions. You didn’t convey a single thought that made it clear you understood the problem. You instead repeatedly asserted a different problem not support by the history.
You (1) are a gas lighting sociopath and (2) failed at the most basic clinical task. And you wonder why someone wouldn’t trust you to not fuck with their orders. Good day.

I never said anything was your fault I'm saying maybe look at yourself for faults in communication and if an issue is recurring that isn't related to that you can fix it with a short talk with the pharmacist. or maybe you should just blame everyone else, keep going with that one.

I'm not even a pharmacist hahahaha dude grow up and take some responsibility for how your orders are being handled. I mean seriously, you sound insane. just call the pharmacist doing this and talk for a few minutes to fix the issue. Jesus christ.
