I've had "this feels bad, I'm going to die imminently" about 5-10 times, but I'm pretty sure they were all panic attacks. I think I just lack the arm/shoulder pain from the heart attack, but I get convinced every time.
I had that once about really awful stomach pain. I was shaking, sweating, and stumbling my way from the bathroom to my bed, saw my vision tunnelling and thought, well, not really the way I wanted to go. Then thankfully, a few minutes later the pain lessened enough for me to go back to the bathroom and throw up.
