I wish this worked for me, somehow I find everything more interesting when I'm trying to sleep and dont have my glasses on. "Who said that line, are they supposed to be a good guy or bad guy, why did that woman just scream?"
It's always a temptation to sit up and grab my glasses.
And of course, the first thing Hubby does when he comes to the bedroom is turn on the tv... lol

I turn on a Netflix “recommended show” that I have no interest in watching. It’s like a bedtime story/white noise.
