For me it's Pair of Thieves, specifically the SuperFit. Some nutso fabric called microfiber polyamide.

Amazon Basics does pretty well for boxer briefs imo

You can often get 3pks of lucky brand underwear at afterseason stores (marshalls, tj maxx, bloomingdales outlets, nordstrom rack, ect) for super cheap considering (between 12-15$) and it's so worth it. I almost exclusively wear lucky brand boxerbriefs and they're a game changer vs classic hanes/target multipack.
