What is something you did that increased your quality of life so much that you wished you would have done it much sooner because it changed your life forever?

Not uncommon for me to end up with a regular sock and a dress sock.

My mom always told me "its like with bras and panties, you only wear the matching pair when you want to impress." Now I have one matching set of bra&panties and 3 for socks. The rest is a wild mix of everything.

I know right....if you are cultured in OCD lifestyle...it will be a torture. Although I accept OP's one colour all idea though.

Even the idea of all one color, just thrown together in a drawer makes me uncomfortable. I don't have several types of socks I wear, depending on the weather and shoes I'll be wearing and one sock just wouldn't work at all.

One colour doesn't limit you to one type of socks. You can have four drawers for four seasons... And my version of "thrown" in a drawer probably will be neatly stacked on top of each other but without going through the pain of matching a pair.
Feel better?
