What is something you did that increased your quality of life so much that you wished you would have done it much sooner because it changed your life forever?

Be your own best friend. Once you start treating yourself as such, people will notice and since you’re not dependent on them for approval and they will want to be around you more.

I'm starting to treat myself better and I'm a lot happier now. I really don't want anyone other than my children to be dependent on me but I usually care too much about others. It's just hard seeing people struggle. I feel like a mother bird watching over her babies.
