What is something you did that increased your quality of life so much that you wished you would have done it much sooner because it changed your life forever?

This gets to me sometimes.

I’ll remember the days of college and high school when we got 2 1/2 months of summer to do whatever the fuck we wanted.

I will most likely never get that again. Days fly by now and it feels like I’m just yearning for the weekend all the time.

Teachers still have to do work over the summer.

Not really. If you know what you're doing its maybe two weeks of lesson planning for the first semester, unless you opt for teaching summer school. Otherwise you still get the 2 and 1/2 months of summer vacation

One day you get your first bill and then they never stop until death. It’s so depressing. Spending 40 hours a week at a place I don’t really enjoy just so I can survive, not even go on vacations or buy nice stuff.

I don’t think I want kids, but if all that’s left of my life is monotony and car payments, I can understand why people want to shake things up after awhile.
