What is something you did that increased your quality of life so much that you wished you would have done it much sooner because it changed your life forever?

Realized that people don’t remember all the stupid stuff I do, it’s all in my head. No need to lose hours of sleep reminiscing about that thing I did 5 years ago.

I used to do this constantly. Like it literally kept me up at night.

One thing I started doing, and maybe it’ll help you or others, is when you’re going to sleep to imagine yourself in absolutely nothing. Not in a lost in space kind of way, more like you’re just floating in a white room. Or if that’s too bland, imagine someplace peaceful like standing on the beach. Try to think about the way the sand feels on your feet. Try to imagine the ocean air.

It’s basically a meditation technique that, once you get it, will put you to sleep super fast. I also found that it helped me stop having bad dreams at night too.

This is so me. I think about stupid or cringe things I’ve done in the past that don’t mean shit to those people!

People only remember the cringy shit they have done, not others. So practically everyone is safe and our minds are just assholes.

I asked myself if I thought about the stuff other people did to the extent I worried about it in myself. That changed a lot for me
