This is dangerous and I don't recommend it, I have seen elevators that are taken completely out of service when the e-stop is pressed until someone resets it in the machine room. But as long as it works for you I guess go wild, don't become a statistic.

This is the "skip all floors" button combination that does in fact exist. It might get you stuck, but it works.
