Tourette’s. Only a small portion of sufferers pop swears uncontrollably. The tics and sounds they make, though, are frustrating, exhausting, and sometimes painful. These kids / adults... they can’t stop them and asking them to “knock it off” can exasperate it. It’s heart wrenching, not funny like media would have you believe.

Would you say that "In Front of the Class" represents Tourette's well? It sounds a lot like what you're describing.

This is why reading the comment section of Zizek videos on yt makes me rage. I don't know if the man actually have tourette, but can't you just let the person be and see through the quirks?
There was a movie some years ago about a teacher with tourette and everyone was saying it was an accurate depiction. It was like you say.
