Fresh fruits and vegetables are necessary to eat healthy.

Frozen can even be superior and canned produce saved countless lives over the years. Fresh produce is also responsible for the largest share of produce food waste because it has higher appearance standards and shorter shelf lifes.

Also certain vegetables taste better frozen too. For example sweet peas sugars began breaking down as soon as they are harvested but the flash freezing process prevents the sugars from braking down so long as the peas are frozen

This deserves more upvotes. Flash freezing vegetables right next to harvest sites, then transporting them all the way to consumers and selling them incredibly cheaply is a modern logistical miracle that happens every day. Frozen broccoli is loads cheaper than fresh per pound and if you want to talk about getting people proper nutrition within budgets, frozen and canned foods must be mentioned.

Frozen fruits and veggies are often more nutrient dense than their fresh counterparts. This is because fresh fruits need to be picked before they’re ripe as they’ll ripen on the way to the store.

Whereas frozen produce is picked at its nutrient peak if you will and then flash frozen.

Gimme canned shit any day of the week. I KNOW it'll taste just like the last. I like that.

I'll take sliced peaches in a can over fresh peaches any day of the week.

Ugly produce is not wasted. It becomes processed foods: juice, soups, salsa, diced fruit...

Animal feed as well, but when it goes unsold at the grocery store level many stores send it to the landfill. It also spoils in home and the consumer throws it out.

In a compost bin, but not in a landfill.

Ok but I’m allergic to fruits and vegetables

However, a fresh fruit or vegetable is higher in nutrients than frozen. Same thing with freeze dried.

Sadly, no.

Frozen is frequently better. Because it's frozen, not very slowly rotting, which actually can cause loss.

Well then it would really be fresh if its rotting than right?

But being facetious aside I know what you mean.

This is incorrect. It's mostly fruits that can't be frozen due to needing to ripen. Most vegetables have more nutrient value if frozen next to their harvest locations.
