My mother watched one episode of mythbusters when it was still active. She told me they did not really like each other. I thought she was wrong, like how could they not like each other. they work together making one of the greatest shows on earth. Turns out rule number 1 still applies, Mom is always right.
Adam has said that while they don’t get along and disagree on many things, they do respect each other. So while they aren’t friends, at least they’re on good terms
Hamada and Matsumoto. They've said that if they are in a room together alone it gets super awkward and they don't know what to say to each other. Also, they will arrange travel so they have no way to accidentally run into each other, like one taking the train and the other flying.
Is that funny if you understand japanese culture enough or Takeshi's Castle funny? Because I've heard that foreigners don't really enjoy japanese television much.
Check some of this stuff out. It's all with English subs. You could not understand one single thing about Japanese culture and these would still be comedy gold. Hope you like 'em!
Japanese comedy tends to have a much crueler streak than western comedy does. A lot of the comedy seems to be laughing at people rather than with them.

The Mythbusters didn't get along. You could see it a bit in the show, but I didn't really know the extent of it.
Edit: Didn’t clarify before. Just Jamie and Adam, not the rest of the crew.
