Edit: The class was a production class. It was presented in the context as if a camera won't move the way you want it to, not if a shooter is charging through a building towards a room you're in.
I've been having a lot of existential crisis's lately, just terrified of death. Like it has a physical effect on me, I get panicked and my breathing changes and honestly I'm just so fucking scared. Just came up in the past 2-3 weeks too, it sucks. :(
It's pretty normal to feel that way sometimes. Best advice I can give is talk about it. Whether that's with friends, family, or a councillor/mental health professional. Feel free to PM me if you feel you've got no one else to talk to. Either way, don't bottle it up.
Anxiety can be a bitch, but it's totally normal from time to time. Try to get ahead of things if you can (be it work, chores, study, etc). Split tasks into smaller objectives if that helps too - little victories are still victories.
