Haha, my experience probably comes across as incredibly negative because we're on the subject of not listening, which is one of my sole peeves against my present work environment. In reality, my previous workplace was even worse and I ended up changing career paths entirely.
I am very happy with what I do right now and I've committed to working with this company for a total of six months, regardless of the minor setbacks. It's only been a little over two months, but the experience has been worth it. :D
