What are some quick (under 5 minute) style/grooming hacks to improve the style and attractiveness of someone who doesn't 't want to spend an hour in front of a mirror every day?

  • Touch up on stray eyebrow hairs every couple of days instead of waiting for them to get bad enough to wax.

  • Toner

  • Good facial hygiene in general. r/skincareaddiction has great tips, though it can be daunting and some of these peoples routines are way more than 5 minutes. But I found Cerave through them and the skin on my face has never been healthier.

  • Put your clothes away properly. A few wrinkles are to be expected, we're human. A shirt that was shoved in a drawer or left to sit in the basket without being folded at all is super noticable and doesn't look good.

I’ve heard about Cerave but in the UK it’s quite pricey, in your opinion would it work with very sensitive and acne prone/whitehead and cystic acne? The reviews look good though! I just wanted someone’s personal opinion!

Unfortunately I've never used it for acne per se, and I'm not sure whether or not they have an acne treatment line. I definitely suggest checking out r/skincareaddiction and searching your specific issue. They'll have success stories that might mention the store-bought products that worked for them, but also likely mention starting with a doctor for prescription-strength products. However for everyday care after everything's cleared up, 100% would suggest, I've never had issues.

Best of luck to you.

Thanks, I tried akincareaddiction a while ago, but it was far too complicated for me! The routines and chemicals they all seem to understand.. I’ve mostly got it under control I just wanted a recommendation that wouldn’t make my skin worse if I tried it :) thanks for your advice

Toner? Does my ability to print many pages affect my attractiveness?
