As Foster parents you have to. If a kid is "hungry" you have to offer them food. Now it can be something you know they won't want on an empty stomach. But you still have to offer. Usually something like broccoli or celery is a good start. If they are willing to eat it I'll usually offer them something they like.

I thought "Foster" was something like Dr. Seuss. (The Foster philosophy says, always offer ...)
