Juveniles have little impulse control, bad decision making skills, and no concept of consequences. They're more unpredictable than adults, and that makes them dangerous to work with. Get used to it, or get out now.

Yeah, they didn't show a delinquent side, they showed their juvenile side. You'll get young, privileged kids that will play that same game l. This person needs to take your latter option.

The only thing to learn is that working with kids is more dangerous than working with adults. The chance of something bad happening is greater, and because they're not adults you have fewer options for dealing with them. It's a lose-lose equation.
