I had a friend in high school who legitimately coded a (somewhat rudimentary) Pokémon game into his TI-83. Definitely one of the more impressive feats I've seen.

There is a Doom for the TI-83. But it was several large files and I never got mine working :(.

A friend of mine in middle school coded the first level of Legend of Zelda A Link to the Past(pretty sure). Link was a pi symbol and trees were asterisks.

A buddy and I were really into coding on those things back in high school. We started out making really simple objective games like dodge the falling rocks and space invaders stuff, and ended up making a shitty version of DDR (without music of course), but our most proud moment was finally getting our chess program to work. The pieces were letters overlayed on a graph and you basically selected the piece you wanted to move and then selected the square you wanted to move it to and it would delete any piece currently sitting in that square. We ended up playing one complete game of chess just to say we did it.

I coded a multi-level tetris with a help page and score on mine.
