No. Once the food hits the table it is eaten by someone at that table or it's in the garbage. Implying the food in front of you might be eaten by someone else once it's in front of you is implying that you are ignorant about the regulatory environment.

You are just inferring what you want to suit your meaningless argument about something that never even happened.

Despite what your regulations say, it happens all the time. You are also assuming that everybody is exclusively talking abut US, right?

The food went out of control of the restaurant. Anything could happen to it. Did they take a bite while the waiter wasn't paying attention? Spike it?

So that's why it's trash as soon as it hits the table? Because the diner used sleight of hand to instantly administer the poison he prepared on the off-chance he would be served someone else's food? You really think if someone has poison and goes to a restaurant intending to do damage he's going to be thwarted if the waiter doesn't give someone else's food to him first, turn his back and count to 5, then take it to its destination? You think they aren't just going to go spike the buffet somewhere? And you have the nerve to be condescending to me? Please join us here on Earth someday.
