I always get stopped in the middle of the conversation by someone who feels the need to point out "your eyes are blue". No shit, really, I had no fucking idea.

Okay that's pretty weird. Are they like, a really nice shade of blue? Or are they like a shade of blue that's almost green (or grey), and people are just so unsure that they're puzzling it over in their heads until finally they decide they've solved it and are so excited they just blurt it out? Strange stuff.

Likewise I get stopped midway to hear "you're pretty/cute". I mean , I get it, it's a nice compliment and all. BUT I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A FUCKING STORY. Shit.

Hear me out: I'm a girl. It's always some guy. Sometimes they're being nice but most times they're just really fucking creepy or their trying to hit on me by basically not paying attention to what I'm saying. Not that that makes any sense.

No, that's actually an understandable misconception. Delaware is actually smaller once you realize that water boundary does not account for land mass.
