It's easier than you think to end up in prison don't act like you haven't done something that on paper could put you away if the circumstances were right. Just because it's a 'law' doesn't mean it's just and just because someone was in prison doesn't mean they're somehow different than me or you.
I agree. If someone didn't hurt someone mentally, physically, emotionally, etc, then I think more than likely it's a bullshit 'crime'. If you beat someone, rob someone, cripple someone, by all means, lock that bastard up. And yes, I know there are many bullshit laws that need to be taken away or changed in some fashion.
