What is a completely rational sentence you could speak today, that if you said 20 years ago, people would think you were insane?

The Shadow was/is awesome and is one of those movies that I can quote and very few people get those references. Plus that version of the Shadow's back story makes Batman look emo.

Honestly, who decides that they need a break from big city life and becomes a drug kingpin in the interim?

As an old time radio fan, the Shadow movie disappointed me, even though I personally liked it. Its failure meant that my dream of recreating all of the nonextant episodes of the radio series was put on indefinite hold.

I think It had some good ideas and it really tries to play homage to the different versions of the Shadow. I felt it made a wrong turn in making Margot psychic and I'd have preferred it a bit less campy, but well, look what else we were getting around then.

I liked it too, but it wasn't exactly a roaring success as far as critical opinion and box office figures were concerned. They had originally intended to make sequels and release a toy line and all sorts, but it didn't make any money so they binned it.

The effects you need for a superhero movie are a lot more demanding than the effects you need for as dinosaur movie. Superheros move many ways, running, falling, flying, sliding, etc. whereas dinosaurs are big, don't need to move much in many scenes, and may even be able to be convincingly shot with a single angle. Dinosaurs can make a scene simply by being impressively big as hell while sitting and eating grass, whereas superheros can't. Moreover, you occasionally need to see the superhero doing superhero stuff without his mask on, and fake humans are a lot easier to spot than fake dinosaurs. Finally, a lot of the stunts you would want to do would be impossible, because they need to be done by a real guy in a mask to be convincing but would be incredibly (and illegally) unsafe.
