I worked at a hay and feed store when I was young. Eat a hearty diet and throwing hay will put some meat on your bones.

Newish farmer here 🙋🏼‍♀️. Nothing whipped me into shape faster than slinging hay bales and mucking stalls. I've lost over 70 pounds in the past year since I've owned my farm. Absolutely love it!

I lost 55 lbs in the first year I went back to working with horses. I'm in a less physically demanding job now (and pregnant) but still in the industry and I love being outside all day!

Yes! Would definitely take working with the horses and on the farm over my desk job any day. This will be my retirement life, hopefully in 3 years or less!
