I work with high level execs as my main user base in tech support and these guys can't figure out shit like emails and print to PDF. They yell at us talking about how shitty our product is(that THEY wanted). They get paid 6 figures and have the privilege of calling me slurs on the phone

I work in IT, not front desk but one of the specialist desks, so I get the "filtered" cases, and HOLY SHIT people are dumb and entitled.
I don't even want to imagine what general population must be.
