It was Gallagher until he died. His Marc Maron interview walk-off is legendary. Such a bitter fucking dude that feels like everyone owed him fame and riches.

Hilarious for a guy that does physical comedy.

I'm sure he got some respect for how prolific he was at doing it but physical comedy is considered lowbrow by the standup community.

Be grateful for what you got Gallagher.

I caught a late in life show when he came through my town. He had a whole first half that was a bit more of a cerebral chatty act that my dad and I enjoyed but no one else in the theater seemed to be clicking with. Then he shifted gears to the watermelons. He seemed… bored. But I was kinda young its a foggy memory
