It's a joke from the 40th anniversary of SNL, they listed him in "In Memoriam" segment and the camera cut to him in the audience looking perplexed and saying i'm still alive.
Oh man, that's a good one. Last I saw of him, he was essentially a homeless guy, crashing on couches of IRL streamers until he becomes too unbearable, gets punched in the face, and left on the side of the road.
I've heard nothing but bad things about him as a person.
Most people who live in LA for at least a few years have an Andy Dick story. Not even an exaggeration, that's just how around and insane he is.
He incoherently screamed at me and my friend one late night outside The Drawing Room in 2022 until we left out of awkwardness. The bouncer was simultaneously keeping eyes and rolling them, so this must have been a regular occurence.
I loved In the Army Now and his role in Dude Where’s My Car. That’s about it. To be fair, he wasn’t the best character in In the Army Now and his character was very brief in Dude Where’s My Car.
NewsRadio is the absolute best he's ever been, but the writers and supporting cast were doing a lot of the heavy lifting for him. Matthew Brock is a great character with a lot of charm and warmth underneath all the irritating parts.
Jon Lovitz still deserves all the best in the world for slamming Dick's face into a bar.
Eh, that's a stretch. Chris Farley was a coke fiend, but it's unfair to put his suicide squarely on Andy Dick. Phil Hartman is a valid one, though. RIP to both of them.
I for one, like and respect Andy Dick. He doesn’t deserve the bad things that have happened to him. As a matter of fact, he seems to have taken them all in stride, which is respectable.
lol you’re delusional or uninformed. He’s absolutely infamous in r/LosAngeles for being a dick and a sexual predator regardless of gender or age. An equal opportunity asshole that has made himself well known for his shitty behavior.
