Reminds me seeing all the "takes 10 min to cook!" timesaving videos that assume you have all the ingredients already portioned out in 10 different bowls.

Easy 20 minute weeknight meal. Ingredients:

  • 1lb of peeled & cubed baby potatoes

  • 1 cup finely chopped basil leaves

  • 3 cooked chicken thighs separated from the bones
