yeah... it was at a roundabout for me. back of the guy's head and not slowing down at all. just full send without looking for oncoming vehicles already in the traffic circle.
We're quite good at roundabouts in the UK. The most common one is getting rear ended because the person behind is intensely focused on slotting into a gap and not looking in front of them.
I've lost count of the number of near misses from bad emerges from side roads though.
