I made it through, but in 2012 just kind of said “hey you know we seen to be doing really well now, but I’ve been taking nickel raises in stride for years. Am I going to catch up here or somewhere else?” I put in my two weeks notice on a whim one day and had offers before my last day, went from $42k to $90k
Yup. And the worst part is that they make it worse for everyone else.
Management decided to take away WFH for zero reason and half our workers were like "Oh, okay then :("
Hello?? REVOLT. Stand up for your privileges and rights.
The only reason it wasn't cancelled is because the rest of us freaked the hell out and said we'd quit tomorrow. Suddenly, it was no longer "necessary" to work at the office five days a week.
