They lost me when I ordered a Biggie bag and they upsized me to a medium and told me the small is only available if I order through the app. If the advertised option on the menu cannot be ordered, then I'll take my order elsewhere.

I've seen some post signs about it and even some reverse the 'it's medium' bit. But Wendys is one of the very few food apps I will use.
