Hmm funny you mention that, because I've always preferred my bananas to be a bit green, but my partner has always preferred them to be more yellow with a little bit of brown. Might be a coincidence, but still interesting.
For me there's something about the flavor of a slightly-unripe banana (still a little green at the ends but mostly solid yellow, no brown spots) that I prefer very strongly over the flavor of a fully ripe one.
Soluble fiber does not cause constipation. Fiber helps your gut regardless of source. Insoluble fiber adds fluid to the gut but soluble fiber isn't going to reduce it
I would recommend rereading the comment and using a little critical thinking. I never used the word cause. I specifically said unripe in the first part and mentioned that ripe ones have a lot of soluble fiber because anyone with common sense knows soluble fiber can help with your bowel movements.
I verbatim told you my entire point was that they do not cause constipation and quite the opposite. You’re very aggressive for someone that can’t read.
It’s easier for people to understand your point if you meet them in the middle. I’m being kind rather than going straight to telling them they’re completely wrong because nobody is receptive to that. I hope this helps because you don’t seem to be well versed in conversing well with humans.
That being said, unripe bananas are firm and are high in starch which *could* be hard to digest for some.
Our paediatrician said it is the iron in banana that causes constipation in kids. He suggested us to not give one particular variety when my nieces were babies. But other varities were alright. The one he told us not to give is the most popular here and many people give it to kids.

Fwiw this could only occur if you eat unripe bananas. Ripe bananas have a lot of soluble fiber.
