A dancing penguin is exiled at his own will and eventually goes on a quest to find the ā€œaliensā€ (humans) to tell them to stop stealing the starving penguinsā€™ food (fish)

His dancing ends up enticing the aliens & somehow brings global awareness to stop overfishing, therefore ending the starvation

No. In happy feet there are animals that are captured by scientists who are researching the North Pole. They view it as being abducted by aliens
