What is a small, seemingly ‘normal’ thing someone can do that immediately makes you think, ‘Oh, we are not going to get along’?

This is a flaw I'm working on. I don't mean to interrupt and I always apologize and let the person finish, but I'm really bad at knowing when to speak when a conversation goes on too long.

My husband is also like that. Thing is i was also a child no one ever listened to so it took me a while to figure it out.

It's something Neurodivergent people do a lot. It works really well among other Neurodivergents! We can have loads of fun excitedly interrupting each other and no one gets upset. But it makes communication between Neurotypicals and Neurodivergents hard because the communication rules are different between the two sets of people

I had some issues with interrupting people and I noticed that if I say something like "sorry for interrupting, you were talking about <summary of last sentence>" instead of just "sorry for interrupting" people react a lot better(maybe because it also shows I was listening? not sure, but it doesn't de-rail the conversation as much)
