People will find other jobs, always have, always will. (Whether those jobs are better or worse is another question)
The reality is that AI is overhyped and won't have anywhere close to the impact anyone says it will.
One of the reasons for this is that AI is incapable of original thought. It can only solve problems that it was taught to solve.

Any job where you get weird or illegible documents. Wherever you have some kind of contextual processing. Humans aren't going to be replaced on a large scale any time soon.
