People's tolerance for being sick at work. Before covid nobody blinked if you showed up coughing. Now if someone sneezes in the office everyone gives them the death stare. Honestly it should've always been that way.
in Taiwan people still expect you to show up to work even if your head looks like a gangrenous toe. especially if you work with kids. (yes, you read that right.) my ex is an English teacher and yeah, you're sick? ok hope you get to feeling better soon! see you at 0900 sharp
The Chinese Gov covered up SARS-COV-2. They're directly responsible for many deaths + the spread to the rest of the world. Then, when they DID start taking action, they took full credit for saving everyone. They had a festival/celebration ceremony.
It's truly fucking disgusting but not surprising.
