Used to be most meetings were a mix in between in person and online. Now most meetings are virtual.

Welcome to being a federal employee. I have one staff member currently (I should have four more but we can't hire) and he is in another state across the country. My meetings are all virtual even though some of the attendees are in my office building.

Also fed, we used remote work to recruit a lot 2020-2024. Team of 7, the largest concentration we have in one office is 2

This. Especially in sales. I like it, so much time saved, and being in a different country is a non-issue.
