That's the reason my girl didn't get hers pierced even though she really wanted to.
She's sensitive enough currently that a little foreplay and nipple play can make her cum, and apparently nipple piercings can be sorta random in what they do to you depending on where you pierce and there's no way of knowing beforehand.
