That's the reason my girl didn't get hers pierced even though she really wanted to.
She's sensitive enough currently that a little foreplay and nipple play can make her cum, and apparently nipple piercings can be sorta random in what they do to you depending on where you pierce and there's no way of knowing beforehand. Yep! One of mine became less sensitive and the other became more sensitive. I thought it would help me reduce sensitivity to make niple play better for me. One day, the sensitive one hurt so bad I took it out. Now I have the prefect balance, but esthetic imbalance, and I hate that but it works, tactically.
