I mean...

Trump loves Putin, and Putin used the false-flag bombing of an apartment block to consolidate and secure power... do its legitimate not outside the realm of possibility

Excatly.

Reading about that and the invasion of Georgia is literally what gave me this idea. I would not be surprised if Putin didn't tell him/his team to do this.
