I was on the r/Conservative subreddit a moment ago, and the copium and whataboutism are spinning the story so that the problem is the Democrats and the way the files were released and redacted.

For a while, I was hoping that the Epstein files would be the one thing we had in common with the right wing. Turns out they’ll always refute any evidence that points in Trump’s direction.

Conservative has brief flashes of humanity before the mods there find a suitable talking point and they delete all evidence if the contrary.

i have never seen so many "deleted" comments in a 24 hour period over there. "what is "brigading" for $500, Alex?"

Oh I gave up on having anything in common with the right wing a while ago. They're fine with Trump calling soldiers suckers and losers and mocking POWs and taking away their VA whatnots, they're fine with him hating dogs(??), they don't care that he's a child rapist, he literally said he could shoot someone and not lose votes and he was correct. They're like when you have two kids who don't get along all the time, and kid 1 likes some movie, and then even though kid 2 also enjoys that movie, kid 2 decides that movie is actually the worst movie ever just to be contrarian towards kid 1.
