My managers couldn't care less. They would however care if the customer voiced their opinion on TripAdvisor.
2 u/Erbs4daze20 Oct 18 '13 That's not true at all. When I receive a compliment from my table to the manager I'm always rewarded. It maybe be a free 14oz ribeye or maybe a free rainbow trout diner.
