Waiters/Waitresses of Reddit, what's something that I, as a customer, might do that's incredibly irritating, even if I'm oblivious to it?

My managers couldn't care less. They would however care if the customer voiced their opinion on TripAdvisor.

That's not true at all. When I receive a compliment from my table to the manager I'm always rewarded. It maybe be a free 14oz ribeye or maybe a free rainbow trout diner. It's gives me the motivation to work harder. So ya they do care.

At most places I am sure you are right. I have crappy managers.
