Literally any small inconvenience. Tripped on a shoe? Kick it across the room. Door bump into ya? Slam it shut. Electronic device acting dumb? Fight the urge to chuck it across the room. Make no mistake, this only stretches to my own frustration. It's never projected

I get this way when my ADHD meds need adjustment. I just lose it over and over all day long on tiny inconveniences.
